Terms of Use
These Terms govern HOKUTO FLOW ID and the HOKUTO FLOW services provided by Polaris Immigration & Business Law. They cover account registration, acceptable use, user data, fees, suspension, intellectual property, privacy, liability, changes, and Japanese governing law.
1. Accounts and use
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, lent or shared without authorization.
2. User data
You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of information you upload, including employee and client data. Rights in user data remain with the user or its lawful owner.
3. Prohibited conduct
Unlawful use, impersonation, unauthorized access, interference, excessive load, reverse engineering, infringement, and use outside the service’s intended purpose are prohibited.
4. Fees and availability
Fees and payment terms appear on the applicable order screen or agreement. Maintenance, incidents, security needs or legal requirements may require changes or temporary interruption.
5. Intellectual property and privacy
Service materials remain the property of the office or lawful rights holders. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer and liability
We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for every purpose. Liability is governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law; exclusions do not apply to intentional or grossly negligent conduct where prohibited.
7. Changes, law and jurisdiction
Material changes will be announced with their effective date. These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with the Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court having agreed first-instance jurisdiction where legally permitted.
