This notice identifies the names, marks and materials associated with our office and the HOKUTO FLOW series.
Registered mark
The composite mark consisting of the star-and-scales design and the wording “大阪府行政書士会”, “北斗法務事務所” and “Polaris Immigration & Business Law” is our registered trademark (Registration No. 7025051). The ® symbol may be used with the registered mark.
Pending word mark
“北斗法務™” is the subject of a pending trademark application. TM indicates use as a trademark and does not represent completed registration.
Other rights and permitted references
HOKUTO FLOW names, logos, interfaces, text, images, software and materials belong to the office or their lawful rights holders. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution or use that suggests endorsement or affiliation is prohibited. Fair, accurate textual references for news, comparison or commentary are not restricted where they do not cause confusion.
