The end of Japan’s fiscal year is the busiest period for vehicle registration procedures. New vehicle purchases, ownership transfers and deregistration all require accurate information and appropriate preparation to proceed smoothly.
Ikki Kiryu, an administrative scrivener at our office, has been appointed by the Osaka Administrative Scriveners Association to provide vehicle registration consultations at the Osaka Transport Branch Office. We will help applicants resolve questions and concerns and complete procedures smoothly.
