We work alongside employers from preparations for hiring Specified Skilled Workers to implementing support plans, submitting notifications and improving ongoing operations.
Hokuto is a registered support organization
Hokuto is a support organization registered with Japan’s Immigration Services Agency. All of our administrative scriveners are also authorized immigration filing agents, enabling us to handle Specified Skilled Worker support and Certificates of Eligibility, status changes and renewals through one point of contact. There is no need to split support and immigration filings between separate offices, helping employers, workers and application staff share information smoothly.
What is a registered support organization?
Employers of Specified Skilled Worker (i) personnel must prepare and implement a support plan covering working, daily and social life. Employers may establish their own support system or outsource all or part of the support to a registered organization.

Our approach
We focus on an operating system that can deliver continuing support, not just prepare documents. We organize records, checklists and internal communication to reduce inconsistent responses, missing interview records and missed deadlines. Our aim is clear guidance for workers while reducing the employer’s administrative burden.
Notifications and renewal management
After hiring, periodic and event-based notifications may be required concerning contracts, support plans and employment conditions. We check current procedures and manage deadlines as rules and forms change. For businesses seeking registration as support organizations, we help prepare the systems and documents for initial registration and five-year renewals.
